Robert B. Rowe, Jr., CIMA

Principal, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rowe is a founding principal of Enhanced Investment Partners, LLC. He has 34 years of financial industry experience. Mr. Rowe is currently leading the Rowe Consulting Group as an investment consultant at Raymond James & Associates, Inc.

Mr. Rowe is recognized as a leader in the development and implementation of investment plans for institutional and high-net-worth individuals. A pioneer in the industry, he has earned accolades for his work with investment policy statements and domestic equity investment methodology.

Mr. Rowe is the founder of Rowe Decision Analytics II, Inc., an Internet service provider of investment policy statement solutions. Additionally, Mr. Rowe is a principal of Rowpyn Investment Partners, LLC, an equity research firm. He has lectured, published and mentored on a variety of topics for such groups as the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and the Illinois Public Pension Advisory Committee (IPPAC). Mr. Rowe is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and is involved with the Society of Senior Consultants, the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America.

Mr. Rowe is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago and the Chicago Wine and Food Society, as well as the Association of Governing Boards of Universities & Colleges. He is a graduate of Illinois State University and resides in Oak Park with his wife.



Peter P. Capaccio

Principal, Co-Manager, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Capaccio is a co-manager and founding principal of Enhanced Investment Partners, LLC. He has 28 years of financial industry experience. In his current capacity Mr. Capaccio is responsible for business development, client servicing and process management.

After receiving a degree in Economics from Rutgers University, Mr. Capaccio held several positions in large financial service firms where he was responsible for business and product development as well as process management. While at Bank of New York, he rose to the position of a Department Head responsible for all aspects of mutual fund servicing including security pricing, shareholder servicing and administration for more than $500 billion in mutual fund assets. He went on to Lexington Management Corporation where he held the position of Vice President and Director of Shareholder Servicing. In that role he gained valuable experience in product development, marketing and sales. He went on to CitiBank where he held the position of Vice President and Director of Investment Product Administration. In this role he worked with his team to develop the first applications for on-shore/offshore master-feeder products designed to bring products into foreign markets.

Mr. Capaccio moved on to US Trust where he as a Vice President and Director of Mutual Funds and Investment Product Administration took on an addition role in Retirement Product Administration. He also participated in the Merger and Acquisition team to expand the Retirement business. Mr. Capaccio went on to head the Investment Product Group in the US for BMO/Harris Trust where he was responsible for all aspects of the packed/pooled products as well as Fundamental Research and the Retirement Products Administration business.

His tenure in the business and breadth of experience has made him well qualified to manage and develop many aspects of the investment services industry.



Carl E. Petersen

Principal, Co-Manager, Finance & Analytics

Mr. Petersen is a co-manager and founding principal of Enhanced Investment Partners, LLC. He has 9 years of financial industry experience. In his current capacity, Mr. Petersen is responsible for corporate accounting, budgeting and forecasting, business administration, and investment methodology research and development.

Before founding Enhanced, Mr. Petersen began his career with a financial software firm, writing investment policy statements, coding software, and testing and refining the EIR methodology.

In 2002, Carl was hired by Morgan Stanley to work directly with Mr. Rowe in developing his mid-market institutional consulting practice. This work culminated in the move by the Rowe Group to Raymond James & Associates in May of 2005. In that time, Carl helped Mr. Rowe increase his production by more than 50%.

While with the Rowe Consulting Group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Mr. Petersen provided marketing direction, reporting and analytical support to the group. After helping transition and establish the business at Raymond James in 2006, Carl left to begin operations at Enhanced.

Mr. Petersen resides in Chicago with his wife and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Engineering Sciences. While at Morgan Stanley, he acquired the Series 7 and 66 licenses.
